    Subbed running with 5:23 of SJR. That is my best 1000m time. Too dangerous to run outside. School cancelled today.

    Vs. 11:28 (12/23/13). 20# for all. Rest the same.

  10. Walked 30 min then sit ups and thrusters 5# didn't time since I am still working through this injury 🙁

    Almost minute slower than last year. Guess I wasn't feeling as bad-azz today. At least I did it!
