  1. 11:23 this time. 11:13 last time. I actually did as rx'd though this time, as opposed to 30 lb weights for all squat rounds last time. I don't feel bad for being ten seconds slower. Thanks for the workout!

    I will get faster but boy I forgot how slow that climb is post baby.

    you're KILLING me with more squats! I already could barely walk! Had to drop my weights halfway through each set just to get through it! No pain no gain right?!

  6. 14:14 (60#, 50#, 45#) I couldn't even squat to parallel with that much weight without losing form. Should I decrease the weight and get at least parallel or keep trying at the heavier weight?

    1. U shod always lower the weight until you know you can keep form, otherwise u can hurt something 🙂 I've been working out since I was a gymnast since at age 14, and I can't do more than 50# w/out losing form

    Running 17 miles tomorrow, so went slow and didn't lift to heavy.

  10. 17:14 vs 15:18. 50# this time vs 60# last time. Took a bit of time off this holiday season but ggoing to get back into it.

  11. First time back in MONTHS! These WODs made me feel better, look better and be a calm, thoughtful mama! So 20# first two rounds and then no #s last round-felt my thighs locking up on me. 16:32-gotta start somewhere?

    Read in the FAQs about what to do if your abs are separated and mine are, big time. Still Figuring out what to do instead of bsu, but today I subbed 1 min plank.

    1. Crunches while pushing your abs together will slowly knit the muscles back, says my pt.

    andrews family, i had no idea there was a difference between front and back squats until you mentioned it. i guess i did back squats today, and thanks for pointing that out!

    1. No prob. You can find pics online. The hold on a front squat w/ a bar is hard on my bad wrist.

  19. Untimed. Rehabbing rt hip, so completed single leg squats (25 ea side for each set). Focused on form. No weights.

  20. 15:36 compared to 19:19 a year ago. 65, 55, 45#. That was awful!

  21. 20:55; had to take breaks to breathe during the squats. 40#, 30#, 20# squats.
