11:23 this time. 11:13 last time. I actually did as rx'd though this time, as opposed to 30 lb weights for all squat rounds last time. I don't feel bad for being ten seconds slower. Thanks for the workout!
11:17
25 pound "weight" until my son threw up his breakfast on me lol
Great workout!
18:39 as RX
21:25
Used 60, 50 and 45 lbs. took breaks with squats so I could breathe.
Arms crossed
8 weeks pp today
I will get faster but boy I forgot how slow that climb is post baby.
14:43
Arms crossed and 20lbs for all squats
11:42. 50, 40, 30# for squats each round. So much better than last year!
Then ran 3 miles.
11:15
you're KILLING me with more squats! I already could barely walk! Had to drop my weights halfway through each set just to get through it! No pain no gain right?!
16:52
Started with 60# but had to drop one,
40#
30#
15:30
Compared to 19:15
40 lb squats
That last round of squats took me FOREVER!!
14:14 (60#, 50#, 45#) I couldn't even squat to parallel with that much weight without losing form. Should I decrease the weight and get at least parallel or keep trying at the heavier weight?
vs. 15:27 with 45# for all rounds
U shod always lower the weight until you know you can keep form, otherwise u can hurt something 🙂 I've been working out since I was a gymnast since at age 14, and I can't do more than 50# w/out losing form
16:40 with 10# and an 18mo old on me when I'm on the floor.
14:00
40 & 30#- I'm sore this week!
reverse crunches (tailbone)
My legs were shaking with 40…kudos to you ladies doing 60#!
Ran 8 miles
14:17
Front squats(40#, 30#, and 20#)
Running 17 miles tomorrow, so went slow and didn't lift to heavy.
9:20 50, 40, 30 # squats
17:14 vs 15:18. 50# this time vs 60# last time. Took a bit of time off this holiday season but ggoing to get back into it.
First time back in MONTHS! These WODs made me feel better, look better and be a calm, thoughtful mama! So 20# first two rounds and then no #s last round-felt my thighs locking up on me. 16:32-gotta start somewhere?
23:11
11:27 beat my last time by a little over 2 min!
Read in the FAQs about what to do if your abs are separated and mine are, big time. Still Figuring out what to do instead of bsu, but today I subbed 1 min plank.
Crunches while pushing your abs together will slowly knit the muscles back, says my pt.
9:57.no weights just trying to get this body moving again
16:18
40lb squats all through
16:07, subbed leg lifts for last set of bfsu, did 45#, 35#, then half 30# half 20# squats.
15:29. 60# back squats first 2 rounds (front squats with bar kill my wrists) and 30# front squats last round.
8:56
On vacay, found a big lava rock and did overhead. Prob 20-25 lbs. rest rx'd.
slydgirll, thanks for the suggestion!
andrews family, i had no idea there was a difference between front and back squats until you mentioned it. i guess i did back squats today, and thanks for pointing that out!
No prob. You can find pics online. The hold on a front squat w/ a bar is hard on my bad wrist.
19:41 as rx'd with multiple interruptions from my 6 year old
Untimed. Rehabbing rt hip, so completed single leg squats (25 ea side for each set). Focused on form. No weights.
15:36 compared to 19:19 a year ago. 65, 55, 45#. That was awful!
20:55; had to take breaks to breathe during the squats. 40#, 30#, 20# squats.
