  2. Time malfunction ๐Ÿ™ Got a new watch for Christmas and still figuring it out. Did it all outside in 19 degrees. Could not feel my legs on the last run.

    Happy New Year, Mamas!! And thanks, Jenni, for helping me exceed my resolution from last year. Back to pre-baby weight and then a few pounds. I am 3 dress sizes smaller than this time last year!

  6. 24:37. I Conpleted every post this year! May not have been on the correct day, I took some of June and all of August off, and I broke up every run over 1 mile, but I went back and did every one! I did not want to do some of them but I really needed an exercise goal to push me through the year and in September I decided that this would be it. I am proud to say I achieved it! Thanks Jenni! Your hard work does not go unnoticed, I check your site e everyday even when I don't plan to do the wod that day. Thank you!

  7. 23:15 or so, issues with timing. 2 rounds bpu the rest gpu.

  8. 21:47, subbing 100 jumping jax for running (too dang windy and below freezing, yuck). gpu.

  9. 31:00 with rowing instead of running. Way too cold here! ๐Ÿ™‚ thanks for the great workout.

  10. 28:14; too cold outside to run, so did 2:00 run in place for each run, girl push ups, took a break at the half way point to feed my baby.

    Thanks Jenni for these workouts! They are amazing and I love the changes I've seen in myself since doing them. ๐Ÿ™‚
