no caffeine
 no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
 drink water every day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives
eliminate wheat

NEXT WEEK’S ADDED CHALLENGE: keep up the good work and finish strong!

All of you Mamas have made me so proud. We only have 15 days left of this challenge and I want all of you to be proud of how far you have come so far and give yourself a high five for sticking with it. Let’s cheer each other on for the rest of our 15 days!!

    I felt good! Maybe I should have pushed harder. ?

  2. Ran 7.1 miles in 1:04:25. My 5k time was: 27:20
    Took it easy tonight because I am running 15 miles in the morning.

  3. I went here because I didn't feel like running and then you told me to run anyway. Struggling today, 25 minutes. Too many holiday sweets!

  4. Took it easy because I'm recovering from a stomach bug.

    Then work d on deadlift. Got 175 lb one rep max

  5. Completed on 12/29 after 12/29 wod. Broke it up
