Thanks for sharing Stephanie! I started this plank challenge for November- while I work on it- will be focusing on what I'm thankful for…one of which is this blog 🙂

I kept telling myself, I'll just stop at 4 rounds, this is brutal…..then I kept going, just one more, just one more. So glad I did. Red faced the rest of the day.
47:19
65# SQ
Great workout. I gave up sugar this week as well and I've had to stay really busy to keep my mind off of my insane cravings. This helped! I didn't think about sugar once.
Ran on track
33:26
20 Squats not weighted each round
+ 10 boy push ups each round
Pat and Maria 36:05
Pat #35KB 1 rd, #45 plate rest
Maria #30db 6 rds #35 kb last all on bosu ball
50:24; running is so not my thing and I just kept telling myself, "I can do hard things!" and I did it! 🙂 15# in each hand for the squats, so 30# total. Feeling good.
(it turns out I did front squats instead of weighted squats. Just noting for myself for future.)
