Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
20 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
80 Jump rope

  1. 5 rounds + pu & 25 reverse crunches
    Subbed 3 up/down on stairs for jr

  2. 5 rounds plus pu and 26 bsu's for 6th rd.
    Arms crossed on bsu and half bpu and half gpu.

  3. 4 rounds, timer went off halfway through those last jumpropes

    Last 15 BSU arms were extended
    All regular push ups

  5. I guess I picked the wrong WOD to sub yesterday – my tailbone was too raw to do more sit ups today. Only could do 8 before switching to bodysurfers.

    7 rounds + 12 pushups. GPU, all chest to floor. Bodysurfers for situps.

    Wow that was a lot of push ups.

  6. Treadmill is definitely on it's way out…. And in Alaska we have eight inches of snow…. Oh well.

    6 rounds + 15 bpu

    Sit ups were bsu for two rounds then ghd on a exercise ball.

    Bpu and mbpu 50/50

    Ran a scary half mile on the treadmill b/f the fear for my life caused me to give up and get off the death mill….

    Just starting back post baby….
    Gpu and against wall when those got too hard
    Crunches, can't do butterfly ones yet, but the jump rope was unmodified!

  8. Completed on 10/10 6 rounds. Push ups on knees. Abs on ab horse. Then taught fit and fall.

  9. Pat 6rds plus 13 sit ups (he did leg lifts the last 2 rds – butt hurting)

    Maria 6rds through 15 sit ups

  10. 5 rounds + 20 air squats

    Subbed air squats for push ups
