50 Back extensions (Supermans or Body Surfers)

90 DAY CHALLENGE VII: DAY 74
Vi-shake
no caffeine 
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake
drink water every day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives
eliminate wheat

NEXT WEEK’S ADDED CHALLENGE: keep up the good work and finish strong!

All of you Mamas have made me so proud. We only have 16 days left of this challenge and I want all of you to be proud of how far you have come so far and give yourself a high five for sticking with it. Let’s cheer each other on for the rest of our 16 days!!

    11:44–maybe my one year old was stopping me more often than I thought! This was a fun one!

    2 years since I stumbled upon cross fit mamas and I'm so glad I did! Thanks for these work outs, Jenni! I'm stronger than I've ever been, even after 5 children!

    9:25, GPU. I don't know how you ladies can bust out 50 regular push ups. I can barely get 50 with my chest to the ground with my knees down. Good work!

    Didn't do the one on 9/26 because I'd just had a baby, but Vs. 9:33 on 12/28/12 (had subbed bent rows for bodysurfers).
