    Believe my distance was off. Outside workout, 60# DL used side flower bed for box jumps.

    Last year's time was 12:13 with inside workout.

  11. Completed on 9/23. After 9/23 wod. 14:12. 135# deadlifts to knees. 30 in box step ups. Injury from box jumps still throbs. Then body pump.
