5 rounds for time of:
5 overhead squats, 10 lb weight ball
10 knees-to-elbows
15 dumbbell hang squat clean, 10 lb dumbbells
20 double-unders (sub 80 single jump rope)

    As RX'd except
    10# ball but it's big (Ugi ball) and kept hitting ceiling so then switched to 15# ball overhead squats.
    It's really hard to lock out elbows on those.
    Squat cleans were also hard
    I'm so happy I could do jump rope today

    28 weeks amd sweaty!!

    1. You amaze me! I have felt more tired this week so I can only imagine what you feel at 28 weeks and you are still going strong! Hope in 10 weeks I am still going strong.

    2. You are sweet! I'm just trying to keep up with you and the other pregnant hiit mamas on here. My energy levels are up despite school starting this week. I'm hoping that continues.

    Touched my elbows on 19 of the knees to elbows on the bar. Yesterday was the first time I actually touched and then today 19. Woohoooooo!!!!
