  8. A little over time but I got in 6 rounds. I had to sub jump ropes for half of the running because of a sudden down pour in rain.

    Ran my half marathon on Saturday. Finished in 2 hours flat. 8th in my age division. Very happy considering 8 mile up hill in a 10-15 mph head wind and rain.

  11. Not sure why but the WOD on Friday made my triceps FLAME all weekend; and they're still sore today. Had to do some modifying because I can still barely get my shirt off! 🙂

    15 bench press, 20#
    20 weighted squats, 20#
    run 200M

    6 rounds + 15 bench + 15 squats

    Then ran 1 mile.

  16. 6 rounds in 14:40 and ran the extra 20 seconds. Did resistance band pull downs instead of pull-ups.

  17. 4 rounds + 8 pull ups (chair assisted), runs were a little farther than 200

  18. 4 rounds, with assist for pull ups and decided to run lines on a half court basketball court (4 sets each per round) instead of 200 m run; went over trying to get on equipment I needed all around the gym.

    Tried my best but am only able to do jump pull-ups. And subbed running for 200 JR singles.

  23. Completed on 9/17 after 9/17 wod. 14# wall ball. Pull ups with 85# assistance on machine. Then RPM.
