Ran my half marathon on Saturday. Finished in 2 hours flat. 8th in my age division. Very happy considering 8 mile up hill in a 10-15 mph head wind and rain.
Not sure why but the WOD on Friday made my triceps FLAME all weekend; and they're still sore today. Had to do some modifying because I can still barely get my shirt off! 🙂

5. Pull-ups using TRX. Elliptical for 2 min each round instead of runs
4 rounds, with assist for pull ups and decided to run lines on a half court basketball court (4 sets each per round) instead of 200 m run; went over trying to get on equipment I needed all around the gym.
