Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
18 Box jumps
15 Knees to elbows
12 Push-ups

  2. Was shooting for at least 10, but only made it 8 plus box jumps of next round
    Went ahead and completed 9th round. Still sick 🙁

    KTE on bar- worked hard to get knees up every time. Got a couple toes to bar.
    Arms in on push-ups
    Rounds 8 & 9- KTE on floor- arms gave out!

    Jumped my steps for all of the rounds.

  8. 8 rounds + box jumps and 10 ktc, so I went ahead and finished 9th round after the timer.
    I'm using a taller bench to do box jumps on now. I think it's 18".

  12. 9 rounds+18 box jumps. 18" box. Kte on bar but sometimes they were knees to waist others were knees to chest. Had 10 sec to spare but im drenched&tired!

    My legs are so shot from yesterday's WOD + I did 1 hour of Zumba last night including lots of squats. I am glad it's the weekend!

  15. 9 Rounds + 15 Box Jumps

    KTE – about half on bar half on floor. (I SUCK at the bar stuff…)
    Push Ups were half Boy half girl.

    No extras today. Too tired and cranky and sore from yesterday…

  16. 6 rounds plus 18 box jumps and 7 k2e.
    All k2e on bar, and up to my elbows actually, okay a few were a little lower 😉

  17. 6 rounds plus 12 box jumps.
    I did all of the knees to elbows on the bar which is huge for me!
