  5. I fell off workouts last week with sick kids and trying to get everything done before break, but I am back!

    11:00 – 8lb for wall ball – rest as RX'd- felt slow (probably since I haven't worked out since last Tuesday:(

    Felt slow and did a second round and ended at 20:25. Trying to earn a piece of fudge this week. 🙂

  9. 9:57… as rx'd except 25 lb kb for sumo deadlift… first time I have been close to puking after the workout! That's what I get for working a 12 hour night shift then doing the workout 🙂

  17. I told myself yesterday, that unless it was a filthy fifty or something equally dreadful, I would do the workout twice.
    1st round: 10:18 40 lb push press(huge mistake!) otherwise as rx'd.
    2nd round: 10:29 half k2e on floor, otherwise as rx'd.

    AWESOME!!

  19. 10:35. Only a 8lb ball and 12" box were available in the gym.
    Missed one week of workouts so I did today's and last Mondays. Felt totally exhausted and out of shape! 🙁

  20. Did Friday's WOD as my son had a snow day and we went sledding instead. =)

    Only Box jump availavle 20 inch so i stepped up
    Ever since being sick thar week I haven't been able to have my stamina were I want it to be, so frustrating!!

  23. Tired… and a bit sick.
    Ran 1.5 miles

    Then 9:43

    25 lb thrusters for wall ball
    14" box jump (need a bigger box)
    Burpees nearly killed me but the rest as Rx'd.

    Then .5 mile cool down. I was supposed to do more, but my lungs were killing me and my baby woke up. Oh darn.. 🙂

    Faster than last time and 20lb weight for dl and push press. Knees all the way to elbow on bar for all 🙂
    Shorter box jumps still.
    Whew!! The burpees really slow me down!
