HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 pull-ups
10 weighted butterfly sit-ups, 20 lbs
15 dumbbell squats, 40 lbs

Use a single DB for the sit-ups and two for the squats.
