20 push-ups
30 squats
20 strict pull-ups
40 push-ups
60 squats
40 strict pull-ups
80 push-ups
120 squats

  2. Pull up bar is broken, so subbed with triceps (holding weight behind my head…can’t remember what they’re called ?) got through to 15 of 40 “pull ups” before timer ran out

  3. 16 minutes and change, accidentally hit the cancel button instead of pause so
    Didn’t quite see how much time was left.

    Modified pull-ups by pulling myself through a door frame, first 40 pushups were reg, the rest gpu.

  4. Made it through 60 of the last set of pushups. Jumping pullups and GPU.

  5. Finished 80 pushups. Did GPU and modified the pull ups
