    15 sit ups
    10 push ups
    15 squat (butt to floor)

    6 rounds plus sit-ups, push ups, and 1 squat
    Rds 1&3 bpu rest were on knees

    My shoulders were like fire for the first 50 push-ups! Hard, but good!! Are most of you on a treadmill? Or running outside??
