    50 Russian twists (20# KB)
    50 vampire sit-ups (20# KB)

    Subbed 25# KB swings for WB

    Vs 5 rds + 2 burpees
    20# thrusters for WB

  4. 5 full rounds 11:35 but I stopped the clock if I needed a rest. Also did 30sec sprint and 90sec wall for about 10 min.

  5. 6 rounds plus burpees on 7th round
