Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Compare to 06.18.12

 Happy Father’s Day (yesterday)
 to all or our awesome fathers and husbands!
 And a special shout out to my awesome HIIT husband 
who is the best Dad to our 4 kids!

    Arms crossed on sit-ups and getting lower on squats.

    GPU to the ground
    Butt to floor squats

    I like these ones that are just you and your muscles!! Tailbone is raw though.

    Sit ups holding 11 # weight

    Did a bicep/Pull up lifting workout this afternoon, then did this at night, and ran 400 m after wod

  4. 10 rounds plus situps and 2 pushups
    rotated through 5 different situp variations
    89 out of 102 pushups were boy pushups.
    first 7 rounds were unbroken boy pushups

    good workout.

  5. 11 rounds. First five as rxd then last 6 no pu. Had done bench presses and dumbbell rows prior to WOD so shoulders were burnt by the 6th round

  6. 10 rounds plus push UPS and sit UPS (and chasing children around). 🙂 girl push UPS
