  1. For time's sake, had to alter to 400 meter runs.
    Total time: roughly 17 min
    Alternated between jumping pull ups and chair-assist. Mpu

  3. 21:17, did a little different, 800m run, 40 push UPS (girl), 800m run, 40 crunches (bf sit UPS hurt my tailbone and also I need to knit my abs together better), 800m run, then a break BC I didn't have a pull up bar at the track so I finished the 40 pull UPS at home after the break. Chair assisted pull UPS.
