    I finished any way I could. Strained trapezius muscle today.
    Bfsu with arms crossed and above head
    Pushups (bpu and incline pushups)
    Pullups on TRX at 45 degree angle

    Then cheated on number of sit-ups and pull-ups and it still took 20:05 hard stuff

    Had to break up the Pull ups thru sit ups on 25 each and alternate thru 4sets each but finished Straight thru 100 squats
