Handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
Front squats, 30-40 lbs
Burpees

    40# squats

    GPU for handstand pu. Will say gpu finally getting easier. Probably ready to start bpu.
    20# squats.

  6. 15:41- lots of interruptions! Spent at solid minute or two defusing a tantrum over building blocks!
