The way this WOD will look: 0:00-1:00- run 200 meters1:00-2:00- 5 box jump-overs2:00-3:00- 7 push-ups3:00-4:00- run 200 meters4:00-5:00- 5 box jump-overs..and so on until you reach 30 minutes
