  1. 9 rounds, almost 10. Phew!

  2. 5 rds + 20 squats.
    15# in suitcase carry one sided with resistance band for squats.
    25 bear crawls because I don’t have 50 free ft!

  3. 7 rounds

    deceptively difficult


  4. 5 round with a puppy trying to attack me on bear crawls!
    Did this one barefoot inside because it is 100° today. So glad I can workout indoors at home!

  5. 2 rounds total, in 5:40.
    Body weight squats. 25 bear crawls each round
