6 single-leg squats (3 each leg)
10 double-unders
10 single-leg squats
20 double-unders
20 single-leg squats
40 double-unders
30 single-leg squats
60 double-unders

*If double-unders aren’t achievable, then x4 for singles (for example: 10 DU = 40 singles)
