20 push-ups
30 butterfly sit-ups
400 meter run

    Timer went off right before the 5th run but I did it anyway so I went over by 1:44.

    I did most push ups from my knees, varied my arm position from close in to winged out. Also switched up my ab work to protect my back. (Double leg lifts x2, bfsu, hip raises, Romanian twists.)

  2. 5 rounds completed but went 2:10 over. I did push ups off the wall to help alleviate the pain in my elbows.

  6. 5 rounds but went over by 1:40. Forgot to post yesterday!

    Also 45 min on elliptical during swim practice
