With a continuously running clock complete 10 thrusters every minute.
From 0:00-5:00 use 20 lbs
From 5:00-10:00 use 30 lbs
From 10:00-15:00 use 40 lbs
Continue adding 10 lb. every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.

I am assuming you max out when you can no longer complete 10 in a min so for me I conpleted through min 4 of 40#
10#….50 reps in 5 min.
12#….50 reps in 5 min.
15#….28 reps in 5 min.
My shoulder is getting stronger!!
55 at 20lbs
28 at 30lbs
I got to minute 8, and was able to do 8 reps in round 8. as rx’d

Made it to minute 13 as rxed. Minutes 14 and 15 did 10 squats with 20# dumbbells, no shoulder press.
Did 15 minutes- only had 10# so did 10 each time.
140, reps, 14 minutes. 10#, 20#, 25#.
