Glad to be back!! I concieved what we thought was our third baby late summer 2015, and felt awful in the first trimester. I kept working out with adjustments until about 25 weeks, shortly after we found out it was twins!! Then I swam when I could until about 32 weeks. And then I had four kids under 5 while nursing both babies and working full time. But they are nearly 1, and I’m ready to be back at it!!! I used 25# KB, and did jumping pullups.
