Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
4 pull-ups, assist as needed
6 Turkish get-ups, 20 lb kettle bell or dumbbell
8 push-ups

    Self assisted pull ups, heels on floor
    Did 3 right side/3 left side TGU each round, 15# KB
    2 rds BPU/1 rd GPU

    That was fun! And awkward! Thanks for having us try something different. 🙂

    5 rounds
    self assisted pull ups
    3 right/3 left TGU #20
    push up w/ bars
    It's been awhile since I had done turkish get-ups, fun to do them again.

    Today did
    4 rounds
    100m lunges (#20)
    300m run (#5 ankle weights on each ankle)
    32:00- time included strapping weights on/off and blowing nose in between- fighting a cold!
    Should've been considered a Hero WOD…very tough! But, also fitting for Veteran's Day. Thanks for those who have served. So thankful for our freedom.
