Then did w/ continuous clock:

30 sec DL
30 sec HSPU
DL- 45 (90#)
HSPU- 67 (on 21" barstool)
Treadmill keeps stopping. Rounds 2&3 were .35, sit ups, .15
Round 5 was .25, sit ups, .22
Abs are still sore so made up 'Nuggie.'
