10 squat cleans, 30-45 lbs
50 butterfly sit-ups
8 squat cleans, 30-45 lbs
40 butterfly sit-ups
6 squat cleans, 30-45 lbs
30 butterfly sit-ups
4 squat cleans, 30-45 lbs
20 butterfly sit-ups
2 squat cleans, 30-45 lbs
10 butterfly sit-ups

    Inclined sit ups with weights

    Followed with shoulder work

  2. Taught 1 hr kickboxing/dance cardio. Did a whole abs song so subbed the rounds of 40 and 20 sit ups to body surfers. (90 BFSU and 60 body surfers)
