From 0:00-3:00, perform 3 rounds of:
3 butterfly sit-ups
6 push-ups
9 squats
From 3:00-6:00, perform 3 rounds of:
butterfly sit-ups
8 push-ups
12 squats
From 6:00-9:00, perform 3 rounds of:
butterfly sit-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
From 9:00-12:00, perform 3 rounds of:
butterfly sit-ups
12 push-ups
18 squats 
Etc. 


Continue for as long as possible until you cannot complete 3 rounds within the 3-minute window. Every 3 minutes add 1 additional sit-up, 2 additional push-ups and 3 additional squats.

  2. I had 7 rounds and finished the 8th but forgot to set my timer but I just finished on the 7th. I am always amazed how a little workout can make be breath so hard. Thanks for giving us these to do 🙂

  3. At first I did 1 round every 3 minutes for the first 2 rounds before I though "this can't be right". So I went back and re-read it and started over doing 3 rounds every 3 minutes (much better).
    Finished 4 rounds in 12:17 (last round had 2-year-old on my back for squats)

  4. Completed 2 rds and 3 sit ups in the round of 7-14-21.
    71 Sit ups
    136 GPU
    204 Butt to floor squats
    In 15 mins
