CHANGE NEXT WOD TO:
10 THRUSTERS EVERY MINUTE STARTING WITH 20 LBS


With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute. 
From 0:00-5:00 use 10 lbs
From 5:00-10:00 use 20 lbs
From 10:00-15:00 use 30 lbs


Continue adding 10 lb. every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.


Post number of minutes completed to comments.

    20 minutes
    40# was the most weights I have. But that last round was hard.

    I didn't read instructions correctly. I did as many as I could in each 5 min span. 100 10#, 80 20#, and 50 30#

      I just realized I skipped right over the 70# and went from 60# to 80#. So I did 5 + 2 reps of 80# yesterday.

    It wasn't pretty but I did it to 30#. Probably won't be able to pick up my children tomorrow. 🙂

    0:00-5:00 – 10 lbs.
    5:00-10:00 – 20 lbs.
    10:00 – 15:00 – 27 lbs. 2-year-old
    15:00 – 20:00 – 35 lbs. almost 5-year-old

    I need to change this WOD. The first 5 minutes are too easy.
    I did the first 5:00 with 10 lbs and so did my 5 year old. (too easy)
    from 5:00-10:00 with 20 lbs but 10 reps every minute.
    from 10:00-15:00 with 30 lbs, 10 reps every minute.
    Than I had to stop because I was out of time.
