  5. Just FYI – it looks like last year was only 14 thrusters per round (70 total instead of 100). That being said, still way slower than last year. My triceps are weak – I don't miss WOD's – maybe I need extra training?

    1. I've always struggled w/ tricep dips too & needing lots of breaks. I noticed after working on pull ups this last year that they seem a bit easier.
