Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 push-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
40 double-unders

    Did the WOD from 12/24/14
    It has squats, pu & DU too! Tougher than I remember!
    18:00
    25 DU 1 at a time/100 sjr at start/end
    75# DL
    50# FS
    HSPU on 21" barstool
    3:15 slower but heavier weight & attempt at DU!

    8 rounds + push-ups + 8 squats
    80 sjr each round.

    Then ran 3.5 outside….in a tank top….in NY….on Christmas Eve!!!

      GPU to floor
      'pistols' down to 14" box
      Sub 160 SJR

      Break after rnd 4 to change poopie diaper.
