Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 thrusters, 20-30 lbs
5 pull-ups
10 thrusters
10 push-ups
15 thrusters
15 butterfly sit-ups
20 thrusters
20 pull-ups
25 thrusters
25 push-ups
Etc., adding 5 reps to each exercise each round.

  3. I did not read clearly! I did pull ups every round!
    1st round pull ups unassisted- remaining w: chair assist
    40# thrusters

    Made it through 25 thrusters & 4 pull ups
    Finished remaining 21 pull ups after timer.

    Followed with tabata abs

  4. Made it thru 30 sit-ups in 10:11.
    30# Thrusters, 20# last 30

  5. Completed thru 30 thrusters but went over on time to finish them.

  7. Finished thru 30. No pull up bar so just switched from push ups to sit ups every other time.

  8. 4.3 mile run

    Completed through 25 push-ups plus 18 thrusters.

  10. 30 thrusters plus 17 situps.
    20lb, still no pull up bar so did push press instead.

  11. 30 thrusters plus 5 sit ups

    30# thrusters, butt to floor
    Reverse pull ups
    Regular push ups 1st round, on knees 2nd round

    These ones where the reps get longer are tough!!

  12. Ran 4 miles. Finished round of 25 plus 17 thrusters.

    Boy push ups and 35lbs

  13. Completed through 25 rep round. 25# thrusters, chair assist, mpu

  14. 30 min interval run
    Made it to 25 with 25#
    All but 10 boy pu's
    Reverse pull ups

  15. 20# dumbbell thrusters.

    Completed 30 thrusters & 9 sit-ups.

  16. I made it through 25 thrusters and 8 pull ups. (I did just pull ups and push ups, no bfsu.)

  17. Completed thru 20 pull ups plus 12 thrusters.
