    Shoot I was going for the5 min something sec mark but had to take a break! Good quick workout tho

  2. Holy freakin legs!!!!!! Finally made the decision to get back into to this! Yowzers!! Anywho, I used 5 lb weights for the squat cleans & 10lb dumbells for the kettle bell swing. 7 min 45 sec. I am soooooo out of shape.
