Deadlifts, 60-80 lbs
Thrusters, 20-30 lbs

    In between DL and thrusters I took weight off bar then added back for next set.

    Thank you to myself for that short workout….too bad I am fiercely sore anyway from doing 2-a-days trying to catch up!!

  3. 2:01. Under 20 lbs for both. Not sure how much but it's what we have for he bar right now.
