Run 2 minutes
2 minutes of max thrusters, 20-30 lbs
Run 2 minutes
2 minutes of power snatch, 20-30 lbs
Run 2 minutes
2 minutes of squat clean, 20-30 lbs

Leave distances and reps to comments.

90 DAY CHALLENGE V: DAY 40
Vi-shake
no caffeine
no soda  
only fruit or veggie snacks
  no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
3 glasses of water a day

    47 power snatches (started with 2 hand power snatch but switched to one hand for the last minute alternated at :30

    Also did a bootcamp with a high school class today in my teacher clothes AND heals (as I didn't know they had a gym class today) and kicked all the kid's butts! (figuratively of course!)
