sight on a Pinterest post last year and when my family started a biggest loser
contest I started “the year of the six pack”!  I followed your

    Outside workout. Windy and a bit hilly, especially 2000 meters.

  2. No treadmill and too dangerous outside, so I subbed jump rope sessions of 2,5, & 12 minutes.

      Haven't run in long time due to weather. Been subbing jump rope or non-run WODs. Bittersweet!

  4. Decided to sub jump rope…and then couldn't find the jump rope…then running out of time…so ran up and down my stairs for about 5 min then did bsu for about 2 min and was grateful I exercised at all for the day

    Wasn't really pay attention and actually did 50, 40, and 30 on the butterfly sit-ups. Also took it easy on the runs.

    Sub jump rope for run due to snow and ice. Did 2,5,10 min jr

    Did jump rope subs for running, so 250/500/1000 jump rope.

  11. 31:25. Used to tuck in toes under couch or put weight on feet for situps but decided i can do without,went slower but worked more!
    Alsoreally wanted to walk the last round but so proud i didnt. Almost peed my pants too but pwered through run. Time does include potty break before last s/up lol!

    Outside workout in brutal wind. GPS said first two runs totaled 1.20 mi, thought I had run the route before and it was .31 mi. So, actually ran 1.20 mi for the first two instead of .93 mi.

  16. A couple days behind because my left knee gave out and needed rest.
    28:26 outside workout. Ran a bit more than posted because using new tracker.

    10,20, and 40 times. Omg made myself keep going. Slow but I can only get better from here!
