Decided to sub jump rope…and then couldn't find the jump rope…then running out of time…so ran up and down my stairs for about 5 min then did bsu for about 2 min and was grateful I exercised at all for the day

Wasn't really pay attention and actually did 50, 40, and 30 on the butterfly sit-ups. Also took it easy on the runs.

Alsoreally wanted to walk the last round but so proud i didnt. Almost peed my pants too but pwered through run. Time does include potty break before last s/up lol!

Outside workout in brutal wind. GPS said first two runs totaled 1.20 mi, thought I had run the route before and it was .31 mi. So, actually ran 1.20 mi for the first two instead of .93 mi.
A couple days behind because my left knee gave out and needed rest.
