  1. 13:42. This one mentally hurt a lot more than I thought it would. Or maybe it was the 16 degree air. Couldn't feel my hands or feet!

  2. 15:40
(butt to floor squats and 8.0 speed)
I know why I didn't do this one back in April. I had the kind of finish where lying down was my recovery. Good one!!

2 degrees with windchill so I braved the treadmill 😉

  3. 11:05
Rode stationary bike for .050 miles on each round for 2.03 miles total.
And 50 squats on each(squatting deep on each one.. Ouch!)

  4. 16:58
I did NOT want to finish this morning (I blame all those bacon wrapped dates I are last night), but I did and I'm glad

  5. 18:20

(I did my 5K on Saturday and I was 14 minutes slower, 52:49. I had to walk a lot. On Thursday I did my own work out instead of 5K. I was still sore from all the jump rope on Tuesday.)

  6. 14:33 completed two rounds running then my little boy woke up so I had to switch to jump rope. I jump rope faster than I run!

  7. 15:58 on treadmill
    focused on squat form

Such a good feeling to be done!

  8. 14:08 took it easy on the running, been out for a few weeks… then took the kids and dog for a two mile walk.

  9. 15:14
Outside workout in 28 degrees, not so fun, but wanted to run same as last time. Butt to ground squats and really focused on getting stretch at the top. 13:41 in April, but wasn't doing BTG squats.

  10. 15:44
After reading everyone's comments…I was feeling nervous about this one!

    It was tough…but good!

  11. 17:09 treadmill

Knee is 95% better but not perfect. Took run and squat easy.

  12. 14:10
With 200 jump rope subs for running.

Nearly 16 minutes back in April, but pretty sure I ran that one. When winter breaks it'll be interesting to see how much better at running I am….

  13. didn't have a ton of time so did half the friday workout with 12 lbs wall ball and 24lbs kettle swings. 10:41 with 6 rounds

  14. 16:49
    Butt to floor squats

    Chris and Loren- 13:00
    Squats to 90 degrees

  15. 15:54 squats @90 degrees but did do 1 alternative round with turned out feet grande plies.

  16. 13:27 :)Tough getting back in the swing of things but feels good to finish the workout! Happy New Year

    Lindsey

  17. 2 weeks off took its toll!
    18:58
    Almost a min faster though.
