    30 lb bench
    Everything else as RX'd

    45# DL (I broke into my sons weight set we got him for Christmas so I could use a heavier weight!!)
    25# bench
    20# cleans

    Ten pound dumbbells in each hand for it all. No breaks so my arms are on fire!!! 🙂

  7. 12:42 but started at 20 reps and worked my way down b/c I only had #30 for dead lifts and felt I needed more for bench press and clean

    Warmed up with a mile run/walk combo on the treadmill. Cooled completely down, 'cause you know…I'm not really a runner, then did today's workout. I was very surprised by how sweaty I got doing this! NO breaks! 🙂

    Biked intervals for 20 min after

    15# bench and cleans. I have a 15# bar I'm going to add some weight to soon so I can do 20# on the exercises 🙂
