    40 chin ups
    40 dumbell chest presses
    48 single arm dumbell rows (each side)
    45 dumbell pullovers
    120 leg raises

  2. 1 minute each of push ups, squats, in and outs, and hip dips for three rounds, then 1 minute each of tricep dips, sumo squats, Russian twists, and donkey kicks for two rounds.
