7 dumbbell bench presses
10 kettlebell swings, 25 lbs
15 butterfly sit-ups

Then,
Run 1,000 m for time

Post total dumbbell load and post run time.

    I googled how to determine total load and am quite confused ??‍♀️

    1. Load = total weight, as opposed to individual dumbbell weight. So I lifted 30# load, but it was two 15# dumbbells 🙂 ✋

  5. 30# dumbells (total, not each). Total time 13:37. Run time 7 mins 15 sec.
