10 1-minute rounds of:
3 thrusters, 30-45 lbs
60-yard shuttle sprint (5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)
Max reps of chest-to-bar pull-ups, assist as needed

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Post number of pull-ups completed each round to comments.

  1. Barely made it through on this 90 degree and 100% humidity day, blah. Couldn’t make it to the pullups, though I was able to do the 20#thrusters and sprints within about 55 seconds. I did a pullup most of the rounds on principal.

  2. 3,4,7,8,9,9,8,10,9,13. With band assist.
