  1. Ran 5.1 miles in 44:51.
    My 5k time was 26:12

    Pushed myself a little, but did not go 100%. My body was still a little sluggish from my long run on Saturday.

  2. Hubs is out of town all week and I want to run this outside. Will make up next week.

    RFT in 25 mins of:
    25 thrusters, 20#
    25 burpees
    25 SDHP, 20#

    4 rds + 25 thrusters + 20 burpees. Even with lighter weight was brutal. Break after rd 4 to blow my nose. I think this 3 week cold may be a sinus infection. 🙁

    Had to walk some to get my wind back.

  4. WOD from 10/11 first then… trail run
    3.4 miles in 40 mins
    Up the "A" trail and back down.
