It took me 40:40 to get through it all- minus the 1 mile run!

Couldn't find weights so sub thrusters for wall balls using cans nearly 2# each

I didn't have the overhead clearance for wall balls so I used an 8 lb medicine ball for thrusters then once done did 3 sets of 10 50 lb barbell rows
At the deer lease, so less than perfect conditions to workout in, BUT I DID! Thought I pushed start on timer, but didn't get a time.
Did thrusters with a gallon of water
Subbed 2 rounds of 60 mtn climbers and 2 rounds of 20 burpees
